The corporate purpose of the Company is, in accordance with the provisions of the art. 2 of its Articles of Association:

  1. The acquisition and rehabilitation of all kinds of properties for their sale or exploitation on a rental basis or any other permitted by law.
  2. The purchase and sale of land, building rights and urban development units, as well as their planning, transformation, urbanisation, subdivision, reparcelling and compensation.
  3. The administration, conservation, maintenance and, in general, everything related to the installations and services of urban estates, as well as the land, infrastructures, works, urban development installations that correspond to these by virtue of urban planning, whether on its own account or on behalf of others; and the provision of architectural, engineering and urban planning services related to these urban estates, or to their ownership.
  4. Management and administration of commercial spaces, residences and centres for the elderly, hotels, tourist and student residences and car parks.
  5. The contracting and management of all kinds of works and constructions in the broadest sense, both public and private, such as roads, hydraulic works, railways, maritime works, building, environmental works, and in general all those related to the construction industry.
  6. The acquisition, enjoyment, administration, management, promotion, development, encumbrance, leasing or any other form, purchase and sale of all kinds of real estate and real estate securities for its own account or on behalf of third parties, directly or under contract, as well as advice on the above transactions, with the exception of activities subject to the legislation on the Securities Market and Collective Investment Institutions.
  7. Management, supervision and advice on the execution of all types of works and constructions.
  8. The performance of all kinds of studies and projects for the planning, urbanisation or subdivision of land; the performance of all kinds of studies, reports, appraisals, valuations and expert opinions; and, in general, the provision of real estate consultancy and technical assistance services under contract to other companies or public or private entities.
