Revenues: €7.11m (up 24% compared to FY 2019). Net loss: €2.53m (loss reduced by 95 % compared to FY 2019).
Nyesa Valores Corporación, SA (BME:NYE) made an offer to acquire Iffe Futura, SA (BME:IFF) from David Carro and other shareholders for €43.9 million on 22 February 2021. Under the terms of the offer, Nyesa agrees to pay €2 per share and payment will be made in exchange for newly issued Nyesa shares. The offer is conditional on the due diligence process with a deadline of 31 March 2021.
Once this process is completed, Nyesa will proceed to formulate the takeover bid for Iffe Futura, which must be accepted by at least 90% of the industrial group's shareholders. Nyesa extends the deadline for the Due Diligence process to buy Iffe Futura until 15 May 2021.

The second final provision of Law 31/2014, of 3 December, which amends the Capital Companies Act to improve corporate governance, amends the third additional provision "Duty of information" of Law 15/2010, of 5 July, amending Law 3/2004, of 29 December, which establishes measures to combat late payment in commercial transactions, to require all commercial companies to expressly include in their financial statements their average payment period to suppliers. Likewise, the resolution of 29 January 2016 of the Spanish Accounting and Audit Institute (Instituto de Contabilidad y Auditoría de Cuentas) dictates the information to be included in the notes to the financial statements in order to comply with the aforementioned Law.

Electronic Shareholders' Forum functioning
In accordance with the provisions of article 539.2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2010, of 2 July, approving the revised text of the Capital Companies Act, and on the occasion of the holding of its next General Shareholders' Meeting, NYESA VALORES CORPORACION has created an Electronic Shareholders' Forum in order to allow access both to individual shareholders and to any voluntary associations that they may form in accordance with current legislation.
The Electronic Shareholders' Forum of NYESA VALORES CORPORACION will be operational from the publication of the notice of call until the holding of the General Shareholders' Meeting, and communications may be sent through it for the following purposes:
- Proposals that may be submitted in addition to the agenda announced in the notice of meeting.
- Applications for accession to such proposals.
- Initiatives to reach a sufficient percentage to exercise a minority right.
- Offers or requests for voluntary representation.
